I grew up moving. As the daughter of a flight purser and language of destination, I flew between countries, languages, cultures — building and rebuilding a sense of home again and again. I embraced the similarities and differences of each city and rolling landscape. That journey didn't just shape who I am. It became the lens through which I see everything: the way culture lives in our bodies, the way nature grounds us when nothing else does, and the way art gives language to what we can't otherwise say.

These three pillars — culture, nature, and art — are at the center of how I live and how I coach.

I'm a certified life coach currently based in the US. I've lived and worked across multiple countries, spent years doing community-rooted work, and have spent a lot of time sitting with the question: what does it mean to feel at home? Not just in a place — but in yourself, in your relationships, in your own skin.

I work with people who are navigating that same question. People who are living between worlds, building something new, or returning to a place that no longer feels the same. People who want real connection — not surface-level belonging.

I believe coaching is one of the most powerful tools for that kind of inner work. And I believe the right coach meets you exactly where you are.
